Each bag contains 3 oz of loose leaf organic herbs and spices. 

INGREDIENTS 

Organic turmeric root, organic ginger root, organic lemons, organic lemon verbena, organic lemon balm, organic lemon peel, organic rosehips, and organic ginger root powder.

BREWING DIRECTIONS

Tea Infusion - Brew 2 teaspoons of tea in 8 ounces boiling water for 5 minutes or until the desired strength is reached.

Add a lime or lemon wedge and sweeten with date syrup, date sugar or agave for added flavor.

Can be enjoyed hot or iced. 

STORAGE:
