Burdock root is native to Asia and Europe. It has been shown to contain multiple powerful antioxidants, including quercetin, luteolin, and phenolic acids.

BREWING DIRECTIONS

Decoction - In a pot, add 1-2 teaspoons to 10 ounces of room temperature water. Bring to a boil, cover,  then simmer on low for 20 minutes. Strain then enjoy! 

Tea Infusion - Brew 1-2 teaspoons in 8 ounces boiling water for 5-10 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

Add a lime or lemon wedge and sweeten with date syrup, date sugar or agave for added flavor.

Can be enjoyed hot or iced.
