INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
½ teaspoon dried lemon balm
½ teaspoon dried rose petals
Optional: a slice of fresh orange or lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the herbs to your teapot or infuser.
Pour 8–10 oz of hot water over the blend and steep for 6–8 minutes.
Strain and allow the tea to cool slightly, then pour over a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of citrus if desired.
